I've been a nutritional student (both formal and informal) for as long as I can remember, and have tried just about every approach out there except Atkins. I keep going back to the one that feels best and that happens to be a nourishing one based on local grass fed and wild products. After a 4 years stint as a raw vegan my health really declined and it's been a long road to recovery. Along my path I met other's too whose health declined as they followed cleansing diets for too long after the initial detox.
